Vegetable Knife 18cm G5

Absolutely beautifully designed and crafted. This is not my first chopper style knife, however the Vegetable Knife 18cm G5 by Global knives will be my last. I still get excited every time I pull it off of the magnetic strip in my kitchen.

To be honest, it seems as though I do not have to put any effort in when I am chopping my veggies. It almost does all of the work itself. I own 6 other Global knives and every time I purchase a new one I am in awe with the design and the weight of the knives.

Although the handle is designed to keep mistakes in the kitchen down to a minimum, I would still use caution when using the Vegetable Knife 18cm G5. It is unbelievably sharp and could potentially cut a finger off if you are not paying attention.

Overall, I can not think of a single flaw with this knife or any of the Global knives in general. The knives will last you a long time as long as you properly care for them and you never have to worry about particles being stuck between the blade and the handle because they are one single piece.

I would definitely recommend the entire collection of Global knives to anyone, even if you are not a professional chef. You will not only look like you are a great cook but you will also learn to enjoy your time in the kitchen with these knives.

If you are looking for quality and durability in a knife, you can not and will not find a better chopping knife than the Vegetable Knife 18cm G5. Do yourself a favor and add this to your kitchen ware. You will not regret it, I promise.
